How are my students doing?

In the Staff section of Capsule on the web, you can check on your students’ progress.

1. Search for an individual student and see an overview of how they’re doing. it will show you the number of cases they have completed, their average score compared to the cohort average plus their highest and lowest scoring categories.

2. You’ll also be able to see their case history for a specific period of time along with a bar chart demonstrating their case progress.

3. If you would like to see how your entire cohort is doing. Simply select the ‘Cohort Progress’ tab.

4. From here you can either look at case activity - This allows you to analyse all case attempts across your users, filtering by time, cohort and case category before exporting your data to analyse further. Or do a cohort comparison - This allows you to compare case attempts and average scores against a whole cohort to track relative engagement and performance.

5. Select the data you want and export it as a CSV to analyse and compare. The ‘Export’ button can be found at the bottom of the page.
