Institute Admins - how to manage your users
Users are primarily managed via a CSV import. When your institution signs up to Capsule, you will receive a template CSV file, which you can enter all your user information into. We will then import those users into the Capsule system. Those users will receive a welcome email, which gives them their username and a link to set a password.
If needed, we can create Administrator accounts for you, which allow you to manage your users manually.
